Program Overview

This Intensive Healing Immersion is designed for those who are ready to experience a profound inner breakthrough in a short period of time.

Over the course of one week, you will receive a structured and personalized combination of advanced energetic healing processes, nervous system clearing, physical detox support, guided meditations, and integration tools.

The intention is to help you release deep-rooted emotional pain, subconscious blocks, energetic cords, karmic imprints, and patterns that have been repeating in your life for years.

The processes used in this program are based on advanced teachings I received through the Dolphin Star Temple in Mount Shasta, combined with additional energy healing modalities, shamanic tools from the Ecuadorian Amazon, and ancestral wisdom from the Andes.

This approach has been refined through 26 years of experience working with sensitive, empathic, and spiritually awakened clients who are ready to release long-held patterns and reconnect with their highest alignment.

This is not a group retreat. This is a private residency-style healing immersion, created to support deep, focused change.

THE LOCATION: A PRIVATE ANDEAN SANCTUARY

Your healing immersion takes place in the Los Chillos Valley, a peaceful Andean region located approximately 30 minutes from Quito and about 45 minutes from the international airport.

Los Chillos is known for its stable spring weather (10°C–20°C year-round) and its quiet natural atmosphere—ideal for deep healing, rest, and nervous system regulation.

The valley is also blessed with natural hot springs and nearby waterfalls, offering a deeply restorative connection to nature.

My home is located directly facing the Sacred Ilaló Mountain, an inactive volcano that has been honored for generations by Indigenous and shamanic traditions as an energetically powerful area for spiritual work, purification, and inner transformation.

The valley is also located at a slightly lower altitude (2,500 meters) than Quito (2,850 meters), which many visitors find more comfortable when adjusting to Ecuador.

A TYPICAL DAY (SAMPLE FLOW)

Drawing upon 26 years of experience, I have designed this immersion to balance profound healing work with the rest and integration necessary for lasting transformation.

While each Intensive is customized according to your individual needs, most days follow a gentle rhythm such as:

Morning

Grounding meditation, breathwork, light nourishment, and supportive cleansing practices.

Midday

Personalized healing sessions and transformational processes.

Afternoon

Rest, journaling, integration practices, nature connection, gentle walks, or visits to nearby hot springs and waterfalls when appropriate.

Evening

Nourishing meal, guided practices, relaxation, and restorative integration time.

This rhythm is designed to help your body, mind, and nervous system remain supported throughout the week while creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.

ALTITUDE NOTE (IMPORTANT)

Los Chillos Valley is located at 2,500 meters above sea level, which is lower than Quito.

Most visitors find the adjustment very manageable. The first day of the program is intentionally kept gentle to support acclimation, grounding, and rest.

BEYOND THE WEEK: INTEGRATION SUPPORT

You will leave with a personalized toolkit of techniques and audio processes to continue supporting your healing after returning home.

Additionally, your package includes:

• One 60-minute Zoom Integration Session (scheduled 2–3 weeks after your return)

This follow-up session is designed to help you stabilize your progress, answer questions, and ensure your transformation continues to unfold.
